Light delicacies for the summer kitchen
Summer and holidays are meant to relax. The head is then depressurized and the batteries charged for future toil. Even lightening should not feel like work at the time.
Many lighteners fear the summer vacation in advance and the upset of routines that it brings, but to no avail. The light life can be adhered to, even if the summer can accommodate lavish parties and exceptional conditions, such as electricity-free cottages or the boater's everyday life in a cramped pantry.
More varied than sausage
The idea for summer cottage dining is a package of sausages and a six-pack of beer. However, few people can handle our national food for very long. Whether the sausage is neatly browned on an electric grill or the ruminant licking of a beach fire, it will start to get dull at some point. It is not worth throwing yourself one-sided anyway. In summer, you can grill no matter how often, as long as you compile the grill ingredients correctly. The lean meats, fish and vegetables are cooked on the lighter grill. In Muurika, the lovely ratatouille shines in twenty minutes. The homemade pesto tastes great with grilled dishes. Try fresh pineapple pesto for a change, its heat can be regulated according to the preferences of the eaters.
Summer Day Rescue
Newer cottages are characterized by the fact that microwave ovens and ready meals have found their way into them. Semi-finished products are the salvation of many summer days. When, in the worst case, the store is behind an almost unknown journey, the summer chef is delighted to find a variety of canned food and bag powders at the bottom of the cupboard. They are not in the collar either. The traditional canned food, pea soup, is transformed to be presentable with various spicy sauces and herbs and still remains light. However, green vegetables soup, for example, are also quickly made from green vegetables: zucchini soup with ham. It is easy to punch a variety of semi-finished bag meals to make them healthier by adding a variety of vegetables, protein sources and good, soft fat. The fibrous bag of instant porridge tastes good for breakfast, and it tastes even better if you pick fresh berries from the bush. The townsman grabs the berries from the market or freezer or uses (sugar-free) juice soups. For surprise guests, you can also buy ready-made pancake and waffle powder without water. They are often based on white flour, but there is nothing to stop you from adding grated carrots or spinach. The lighter's morning or evening snack is thus created in the blink of an eye.
From frost to oven
The warm pie works well as an evening meal, but is enough with a fresh salad for lunch. The bottom of the pie is often finished by stirring quickly. The advantage of a homemade pie base is that hard fat can be replaced with oils, vegetable purees and soy. However, a busy baker saves time and effort by grabbing a finished pie base from the freezer. Many finished doughs are lactose-free or completely milk-free. They are ready to bake in about half an hour. Some of the ready meals are baked from soft fats. Fiber has been added to some finished soils. Darker options should be favored in prefabricated shops. Rye dough and rye-potato dough are suitable for a wide variety of pies. From the beginning of autumn, rye dough bends brilliantly into the lid of a chanterelle pot, for example. A pot filled with mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers and moderately seasoned with goat cheese steaks under a crispy syringe shell.
Easy to enjoy
Sweet hunger is easy to satisfy even if there is no information about the oven. Various biscuit meringue and muesli desserts are created at the coffee table in an instant. Rye digestives, yoghurt and fresh nectarines can be used to build a fresh dessert bowl, as can cherries, muesli and (oat-based) vanilla mousse. The squeezing of the stick mixer, on the other hand, creates various light summer smoothies in your own and guests' mouths. The advantage of homemade ice cream is that the amount of sugar is easy to control.
