Muscle condition, what is it?



Muscle condition consists of good muscle balance and sufficient strength and endurance of large main muscle groups in the body.
Good muscle condition (muscle strength and strength endurance) prevents exercise injuries. Muscle fitness training is useful not only in sports but also in working life, for example: many musculoskeletal disorders and ailments that cause absenteeism at work could be prevented with adequate muscle fitness.

An hour a week of muscle training is a basic amount for injury prevention. The training can be divided 1-2 times. Alternatively, you can do a 10-minute muscle workout every morning or evening. Targeted muscle fitness training that develops strengths requires at least two hours of training a week.

Muscles can be exercised in many ways. For this reason, it is important to consider whether you want to develop strength or muscle endurance, rapid strength, basic strength, or maximum strength. These are affected by the magnitude of the resistance (e.g., the weight to be lifted), the number of repetitions and sets, and the intervals between them. The most important forms of muscle fitness training for the prevention of physical injuries and general health are strength endurance and basic strength, regardless of whether a person is normal or overweight. Fast and maximum strength are more forms of strength training for athletes.
